Because batch sizes affect the way a coffee behaves just as much as density, origin and process; I often drop full hopper loads to see how a new green coffee will react to roast profiles. Roasting a few times a week and the beans pile up faster than I can drink them.

Secret Time? I always keep this blend in my 3rd hopper and more often than I'd like to admit "No Eyed Dear" ends up being delicious. Then I have to backtrack and figure out what happened and why. Coffee is a beautiful mystery and sometimes I hate it.
