I'm always trying to build roast profiles that will work for both Espresso and Drip applications. This one does it.
Depth and crema for shots of espresso, but balanced and bright enough for your favorite filter application.
The Peru Cajamarca contributes the more "chocolatey" almond notes that are nice for milk based drinks, and the Ethiopia provides the aromatics and brightness that work well for drip/pour overs.
